The ring is safely powered by a small battery that is encased in the soft rubber bead that has textural nubs on it for added stimulation for women. The ring is quite stretchy and is easy for most guys to put on and take off. There is a plastic tab on the ring that you push in to activate the vibrations of the ring, and you can pull it back out to turn it off if you want to save your ring for multiple uses, these will only last for about 20 minutes of use.
