First step for any return process is to contact us at (800)324.7113 or Returns@isexdoll.com  for a return authorization number (RMA). Any returned item without a RMA will not be replaced or exchanged.   

Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee on returns and or order cancelation. This fee is waived if the item is returned due to manufacturer defects or damaged in transit. Please note Isexdoll.com do not offer return labels. It is the customer responsibility to return the package at their own expense.
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 7 days to the address on your packing list. Items returned without original packaging will not be replaced or exchanged so please keep all packaging for the 7 day return period. Please note we sell health products so any items returned that is tampered with or used cannot be processed or refunded.

In your return package please include:

• Packing List number. (P.O.#)
• A note telling us what the problem was.
• Your RMA number.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement.
