I don't think the face is needed with this doll. Though it is a nice feature for whoever like it in the mouth. I just feel weird when a still figure is constantly staring at me. Overall Alina is made with a frame. It could handle up to 350 pounds but I wouldn't do that if I was you. For a few dollars more you can buy the Real Leydy Silicone. I personally own both of them now and I think Real Leydy has more value than Alina real doll. Material is 100% silicone that feels like the real skin which is a plus.

I'm not sure the head is needed but the doll itself is awesome. It gives all the nice sensation inside out. I got also the leydy silicone from this site and I recommend it better than this one. They are both heavy about 40 pounds each.
