First step for any return process is to contact us at via email Returns@isexdoll.com for a return authorization number (RMA). Any returned item without a RMA will not be replaced or exchanged.
Please note, there is a 20% restocking fee on returns and order cancellation. This fee is waived if the item is returned due to manufacturer defects or damaged in transit. Isexdoll.com does not offer return labels. It is the customers responsibility to return the package at their own expense.
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will exchange DEFECTIVE items only. Please return the items in their original packaging within 7 days to the address on your packing list. Items returned without original packaging will not be replaced or exchanged so please keep all packaging for the 7 day return period. We sell personal health products, therefore we cannot process or refund any items that were used or modified in any way.
Pease include in your return package:
1. Packing List number. (P.O.#)
2. A note telling us what the problem was.
3. Your RMA number.
Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement.
